There’s no right or wrong way to journal. No magic formula. I suggest a daily cadence of at least a few pages, but you can tweak this to something you can reliably stick to.
The important thing is to open up the floodgates and just see what pours out. You are an entire human with 86,400 seconds of experience, feelings, and thoughts per day. Trust me, you’ve got plenty of material.
If you’re really still feeling stuck, I recommend the book The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron. It’s uplifting, compassionate, and will open up a whole new way to connect with yourself.
